Cannabis Infused Mug Cake

Infusion Method
As many of our recipes do, this Cannabis Infused Mug Cake has two infusion methods to choose from!
The first is using a tincture, such as our Full Spectrum Tincture found HERE or our Distillate Tincture found HERE, and mixing it in with the canola or coconut oil.
The second is to use a cannabis infused cooking oil; you can find our recipe HERE. Depending on your tolerance level, you may wish to use both regular and cannabis infused oil.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2-3 Tbsp granulated sugar (can use a sweetener like Monkfruit instead)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup (dairy or non-dairy) milk
- 2 Tbsp canola or melted coconut oil *
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Tincture of choice*
* Remember that you will be using the cannabis infused coconut oil OR the tincture; you won’t need both for this recipe.
Directions
- Grease a 12 oz mug with butter or a cooking spray
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Add the milk, oil(s), vanilla, and tincture (if using). Whisk until you have a thick batter.
- Pour into greased mug.
- Depending on your microwave, you will cook for 1.5 – 2.5 minutes until a little cake has formed. Be sure not to overcook!
- Serve with whip cream and chocolate chips!
