Do I have to become a member to shop?
Yes, but membership is free and you only have to sign up once. Being a member allows you to shop, collect and redeem points, access our promotions and keep track of your orders!
Do you accept credit cards?
Not at this time. We only accept e-transfers.
How do I pay?
We accept e-transfers! Please send an e-transfer to [email protected]. Please use “What is my Order ID” as the security question and the word “Order” followed by your Order ID number as the answer (NO SPACES). Example, if your order number was 12345, then your security answer would be “Order12345”. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
What do I name the e-transfer?
If your bank requires you to have a name for your e-transfer, please use “HC Payments”. We are unable to accept e-transfers that have any mention of cannabis, weed, The Healing Co., etc. Your e-transfer will be declined and you will be asked to resend payment.
How will you ship my package?
We ship all orders in discreet boxes via Canada Post.
Do you provide tracking for my order?
Yes, once it has been shipped, we will email you your tracking number. If you do not receive it, please check your junk folder before emailing us at [email protected].


How has COVID-19 impacted our processing times?
In light of everything going on in the world, our team has been operating at max capacity. We appreciate that our customers are used to speedy processing times, but we ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once your package is processed, you will receive an email letting you know. You'll receive a secondary email letting you know once your order has been completed. Following that email, you will receive a third email with tracking information; this could be up to a 24 hour delay. Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us to request your tracking information.

Once you have submitted your application, along with scanned copies of your ID, we will review and approve you as quickly as we can! Where does our flower come from?
We are very particular when it comes to the growers we work with! All of our flower comes from local growers that pride themselves in their crop and who never use harsh chemicals. We carry the finest bud and are proud to carry a number of AAAA strains!
Are our edibles lab tested?
Yes! We proudly offer one of the largest edible lineups around, all of which are lab tested in nationally certified labs. We take the health and safety of our customers very seriously!

If you are interested in a product that is currently out of stock, please add your email to the "In Stick Notifier" on the product page. You will automatically be emailed when the item becomes available again!


How do I get points?

Receive 500 points for simply creating your account!

Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend.

Every product review you leave will earn you an additional 25 points!

You can also earn points with referrals. For every each successful referral you will receive 1000 points ($20) when the friend completes their first order. Tell your friends about us by tagging them on Instagram or Facebook!

How much are points worth?
Every 100 points earns you a $2 discount.
How do I redeem points?
At the checkout, you will be given the option to redeem your points towards your purchase. You can redeem up to a maximum of $20 (1000 points) per order.
How do I check my points?
To check your points, login to your account and click on the Points button in the left hand menu. Here you can see your points balance as well as your points activity history. Track your orders, remember what you ordered before and use your points to try something new or stock up on an old favourite.
