CBD Infused Chia Seed Pudding

This recipe is easy to adapt to your personal preferences and can be made ahead of time. If you’re looking to start your day off on the right foot, reach for a jar of CBD infused chia seed pudding.
This recipe uses The Healing Co.’s CBD Tincture. You can add as little or as much tincture to the chia pudding as you require. Alternatively, you are welcome to opt for the THC tincture if you’d prefer. This is your breakfast, enjoy it how you like!

Ingredients
- Desired amount of CBD Tincture, found HERE
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, D used unsweetened soy milk)
- .25 cup chia seeds
- Splash of maple syrup
- Splash of pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar or sealed container, shake until well combined.
- Cover and leave in fridge for a minimum of four hours. Best when left overnight!
- Can be stored in the fridge up to two days.
- Consider serving with fresh fruit or berries on top!
