CBD Chocolate Pudding
We’ve been craving something chocolately lately, and this CBD Infused Chocolate Pudding really hits the spot! We’re whipping up a batch of this pudding from scratch. Consider adding some coconut whip and raspberries to your bowl to make it a truly decadent dish.
Infusion Method
This recipe uses The Healing Co.’s CBD Tincture, found HERE. We’ll be using the 1000mg Raspberry tincture because the flavor will compliment the dark chocolate well!
Be sure to know your tolerance ahead of time so you can accurately dose the recipe.
Ingredients
- CBD Tincture of choice
- 1 ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup cocoa
- ⅓ cup cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- 4 ½ cups milk (We used full fat canned coconut milk)
- 3-4 tablespoons butter (We used non-dairy Earth Balance)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and cornstarch in a saucepan and mix well.
- Add in cold milk, whisk until combined.
- Increase heat to medium, stirring constantly until mixture reaches a boil.
- Allow mixture to boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in CBD tincture, butter and vanilla.
- Allow mixture to cool completely, stirring occasionally to avoid a skin forming on the pudding. Put a piece of plastic wrap over the bowl to help!
