Cannabis Infused Protein Pancakes
You can’t go wrong with these cannabis infused protein pancakes that are jam packed with blueberries! This is one of our favorite breakfast recipes because it can easily be dosed using one of our tinctures or smothered in infused toppings (or both!).
This recipe makes three large pancakes and is incredibly filling. The pancakes can be left in the fridge overnight, but they will be a tad mushy the next day. We recommend enjoying them right out of the fry pan!
These protein pancakes use one of The Healing Co.’s tinctures! Choose from our CBD tincture, THC tincture, or 20:1, 8:1 and 1:1 tinctures. The amount of tincture used will depend on your individual tolerance level and personal preferences. Add as little or as much as you like!

- Tincture of choice
- 3 eggs
- Just shy of 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. sweetener of choice (granulated monkfruit is our go-to)
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
- Let rest on the counter for ten minutes.
- Add to greased pan and flip once golden brown on the bottom.
- Douse in maple syrup and desired toppings of choice. Enjoy!
