Cannabis Infused Irish Cream Fudgesicles

We have been loving this sunny, summery weather! As we are enjoying more time outside, we often need something chilly to cool ourselves off. These Cannabis Infused Irish Cream Fudgesicles are just that chilly treat! These are great to make ahead of time and keep in the freezer for your weekend fun.

Infusion Method

Tinctures are any excellent way to infuse recipes because you can add as much or as little tincture as you like. Be sure to know your tolerance ahead of time so you can accurately add the desired amount of tincture to the recipe!

Ingredients

• Desired amount of the Sweet Jane Irish Cream Tincture
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup full fat, canned coconut milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• Dash of salt

Directions

1. Whisk together the Irish Cream Tincture, cocoa powder, canned coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a medium sized mixing bowl.
2. Once completely smooth, pour into your favorite popsicle mold.
3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
